SEEPEX approached RE’FLEKT looking for an all-round solution for a range of challenges faced by sales teams as their customers’ service technicians on site. On the one hand, SEEPEX wanted a feasible solution that would allow their sales team to showcase their 350 kg state-of-the-art pumps anywhere. Simultaneously, the German pump manufacturer was also looking for a way to meet client demand to reduce the maintenance cost of their pumps by making them more accessible for self-service maintenance and repairs.

Using VR and AR hand-in-hand, the SEEPEX VR app meets client and sales team demands simultaneously. Downloadable directly from the app store, the virtual showroom feature allows sales teams to present and explore the full range of SEEPEX pumping solutions with stunning 3D visuals, anywhere, anytime. No longer do they have to find a way to transport and place the large and heavy pumps. Just download the app. Likewise, the app’s repair and maintenance feature is an attractive option for existing or future SEEPEX clients wanting to self-service complex pumps. The educational feature takes inexperienced pump owners through step-by-step instructions on how to easily maintain their complex pump. The crisp 3D graphics simulate the real life counterparts whilst instructing how the different steps have to be performed and which tools should be used. By including both features into one single app, sales teams also benefit on the showroom floor with a quick and immediate display of how future customers can attractively reduce maintenance costs.
