How do I change my user status?
This article explains how to change your user status in REFLEKT Remote.
As a user you can change your user status manually to communicate your availability/non-availability to other users. You can choose between Available and Away. The user status is displayed on the contact screen and the incident screen to yourself and other users. The round status indicator can have different colors, depending on a user's current status. Green indicates that the user is Available, orange represents the Away status and red shows that the user is currently in a call.
- If you are in a call, the status switches to In a call automatically. After ending the call, it is set back to your previous status.
- After a certain period of inactivity the status automatically switches to Away.
HOW TO CHANGE THE USER STATUS:
To change your status, follow these steps:
1. Go to Profile settings by clicking on the profile icon in the top left-hand corner.
2. Tap Status.
3. Choose your preferred status.
