Here you find a description of how to start video sharing inside a call in REFLEKT Remote.
All calls are started with audio-only first. The video can be switched on additionally and the source can be switched from the front to the back camera and vice versa. It should be noted that the quality of the video call depends on the Internet connection and the devices used.
To share your video stream inside a call, follow these steps:
1. Start an audio call. (See steps here)
2. Tap on the video camera symbol at the bottom of the call screen.
A video-sharing request is now sent to the call-moderator.
NOTE: If a call-moderator selects the video camera symbol, the video sharing will start automatically. If a non-moderator taps on it the current call-moderator will receive a notification about the video sharing request and can choose to accept (OK) or decline (Cancel) the request.
(Optional) 3. If the environment you are in is dark, you have the opportunity to turn on your device's flashlight from within the application. To do so, hit the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select Turn on flashlight.
