This article explains how to remove an incident from your list of incidents.
If you have an incident that you do not want to monitor anymore, you can remove it from the incident list. Once removed, the incident will not be part of your own incident list any longer, it will also be removed for all users involved in the incident.
NOTE: This feature is not available by default. If this feature is not activated for your tenant, please contact your administrator. If you are the administrator, please contact the REFLEKT Remote Service Desk and we will activate this feature for the particular user group.
HOW TO REMOVE AN INCIDENT:
To remove an incident from your incident list, please follow these steps:
1. In your list of incidents, scroll to the incident which you would like to remove.
2. Tap on the three dots icon on the right-hand side of the incident record.
3. Select 'Remove Incident' from the list of options displayed.
4. Click 'Okay' to confirm your choice and remove the incident from the list.
NOTE: Once removed from the incident list, the particular incident cannot be accessed by any of its participants, including experts and technicians, anymore. For documentation purposes, removed incidents remain visible for the admin in the Admin Portal where they have the status 'archived'.
