How can I manage users?

This article explains the general user management in the REFLEKT Remote Admin Portal.


Please note: User management rights described in this article reflect the default settings of Admin Portal permissions. If your permission set up deviates from this default, the possibilities described below might deviate as well.

HOW TO MANAGE USERS:

To manage users for your tenant (or area), follow these steps:

  1. Open and log in to the REFLEKT Remote Admin Portal.
  2. Click Users in the side menu on the left.

    Users

    In this Users Overview you can see all users you are responsible for. As a Tenant Admin or Area Admin, you can Activate or Deactivate their account or edit a user's information.

    Additionally, you can use the search bar to search for specific users by name, company, role, or email.
