How can I manage users?

This article explains the general user management in the REFLEKT Remote Admin Portal.

HOW TO MANAGE USERS:

 

To view and make changes to user accounts registered to the specific tenant you are logged in to, follow these steps:

  1. Open and log in to the REFLEKT Remote Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to the user overview by clicking Users in the side menu on the left.

    Here you can see all users listed in a table, displaying their account information, an option to either Activate or Deactivate their account as well as the user's last activity. Besides you can edit a user's information.

    Additionally, you can use the search bar to search for specific users by name, company, role, or email.
