How do I leave an incident (chat)?

This article informs you about how to leave an incident or an incident chat.

 

Default-Creator Owner cannot leave

HOW TO LEAVE AN INCIDENT:

 

If you cannot contribute to solving the incident anymore, you can leave the incident. To do so, you have two options:

OPTION 1:

1. Click on the specific incident you would like to leave.

2. Tap the incident number/title at the top of the incident chat.

3. Select Leave incident or the leave button.

OPTION 2:

1. Click on the specific incident you would like to leave.

2. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the incident chat.

3. Choose View Details.

4. Select Leave incident or the leave button.

Now you are no longer a participant of the incident and cannot access messages or files relating to this incident anymore (except downloaded files).
