How do I add/remove a contact to/from my contact list?

HOW TO ADD A CONTACT:

 

 

Default-Expert only

 

Experts can use the search function to add technicians or other experts to their contact list. Once they added the new contact, the expert is added automatically to the contact list of the technician/other expert as well.

 

To add a new contact, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Contact list integrated into the tab bar.

2. Click the "+" icon in the top right-hand corner.

3. Search for your contact by name, email address, company name or role. 

4. If you find them, tap the "+" icon next to the person's name.

Now the contact has been added to your contact list and you can see all incidents you are both involved in or view the contact's details.

 

NOTE: By default, technicians cannot add new contacts to their contact list. 

For the technician, all assigned contacts are shown in their contact list. Those have been set up by an expert or a system administrator before.

Both experts and technicians can organize their contact list by adding or removing favorites.

 

 

HOW TO REMOVE A CONTACT:

 

 

Default-Expert only

 

In case you don't need a certain contact anymore and would like to remove them from your contact list, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Contact list integrated into the tab bar.

2. Click on the three dots right next to the contact you want to remove.

3. Select Remove contact.

 

Now the contact has been removed from your contact list.
