How do I filter incidents?
This article explains how you can filter incidents in REFLEKT Remote.
In REFLEKT Remote you have the option to filter your incidents on the main screen according to their status (Open, In Progress, Closed). As a result, the main page will only contain incidents that are relevant to the user.
HOW TO FILTER INCIDENTS:
To do so, follow these steps:
1. Click on the filter icon (funnel) in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select your preferred filters in the displayed menu: Open, In Progress, Closed and apply the filter by clicking on the Submit button.
NOTE: It is possible to select multiple filters at the same time (i.e. Open AND In Progress).
The incidents will be filtered and the filter icon on the main screen appears in blue to indicate an active filter.
3. You can delete filters in the same way as you set them. (Click on the icon -> Button "Clear Filters")
NOTE: Filter and search features work at the same time (i.e. you will only search in the filtered incidents). For more information about the search function, read our article here.
